1, Current Carton Market Situation

Due to customers' continuously improving product requirements, increasing industry labor costs, workers' uneven skill level, and rising energy costs, the carton field competition becomes fiercer and fiercer.
2, Pre-printed products
Pre-print, means before producing colored corrugated carton, first flexo-print the graphic into the web paper, after this, send into the production line to form corrugated cardboard, then go through the process of creasing, slotting or die-cutting, till we get the final product---corrugated carton.
At present, in Europe, the United States and other developed countries, 30% of corrugated products are pre-printed. With the rapid development of world paper packaging industry, many factories with stable customers have turned its attention to pre-printing technology.
Plus, in the field of beverage, home appliances, and groceries, the demand for corrugated box becomes larger and larger, the pre-printing technology will become the most important ways of production in the future.
Even though Pre-printing technology solves the problem of printing precision, effect and environment protection, but in the field of saving energy and raw materials, there is still great potential:
Pre-print is web printing, after that, rewound, transport to the production line for compositing corrugated cardboard, then pass through the Slitting machine and Crosscutting machine to get required size of cardboard for Die cutting machine. Too many procedures and too much labor needed.
When transferring the pre-printed cardboard to Die-cutting workshop, whether by logistics or labors, some of the cardboard would be damaged, and waste a lot of time.
During Die-cutting process, some scrap might come out of the products because of the difference of paperweight and humidity
In order to achieve product accuracy requirements, paper feeding mechanism is installed, the rollers in the mechanism would apply pressure to the cardboard, which would damage the cardboard. So, to meet customers' requirement, manufacturers can only increase the weight of corrugated paper to meet the technical requirements of the product.
3. Advantages of Inline Rotary Die Cutting Machine

The ordinary outline rotary dies cutting machine, normally need 3-5 operators when it is running. But Inline only need one for replacing the cutting plate, all regular operations are carried out remotely, synchronize with the production line.
Saves raw materials, reduces investment: the current situation is that the pre-printed web paper goes through the production line to be composited into corrugated cardboard, then it will be cut into pieces according to the size of die-cutting. 4, Configuration
Four systems combined to become Inline rotary die cutting machine:
a, Automatic Calibration System
Servo photoelectric control, with longitudinal color mark acquisition, the servo motor calibrates according to the acquisition signal, to ensure that the cutting precision requirements.
b, No interval cutting system
The line cutting machine system adopts two rollers (upper one for cutting plate, bottom one for anvil cover), with the fixed cutting unit die-cutting machine; standard configuration is with two operation units, achieves the capability of replacing cutting plate without stopping the machine.
Rollers are made of high-quality seamless steel pipe, internal quenched and tempered, high-frequency heat treated, surface fine-grinded, hard chrome-plated and well balanced to improve the smooth operation of high-speed.
 Upper Roller mechanical system makes it easy to replace.
The diameter of the upper roller is φ280mm-668mm, the roller surface is equipped with M8 screw hole, the horizontal distance is 50mm, the longitudinal is divided by 18, for easy installation of cutting plate.
