1, Feeding Unit
 

a, Combined with more than 20 years of practical experience, adopts the world's most stable German Bosch-Rexroth servo control system. The servo control system, with electronic cam technology instead of complex mechanical cam, a thorough solution to solve the problem that the mechanical cam can not eliminate the gap between gears, thus ensures the accuracy of positioning and feeding. The Servo control owns many advantages, including faster response, higher resolution and better stability. It  has long been widely used in Europe.
Each group of feeding sunwheels with a Servo Motor.
Vacuum fans generate strong force pulling the cardboard to the feeding table.
b, Servo Non-pressure feeding is suitable for Class E Cardboard and poor strength cardboard, especially various artificial filmed cardboard.
c, Non-press feeding unit send the cardboard into the machine , instead of a pair of Pulling Rollers between the feeding table and the die unit, vacuum and wheels  was in the place to deliver the cardboard, without applying any pressure to the cardboard, which greatly improves the strength of the products.
d, Uses vacuum system and our own designed programme, the cardboard will be sent into the die-cutting unit smoothly; vacuum adjustable by FCI, ensures the accuracy when dealing different types of cardboard.
e,Both guiding plates can be adjusted by electric, fast and accurate.
 
 
 
2, Die-Cutting Unit
 

a, All helical gears, special alloy steel.
b, Die-cutting wall plates are made of high-quality cast iron, manufactured by CNC machining.
c, Automatic spray lubricating system, greatly improves the operation accuracy and service life, reduces equipment running noise;
d, Rollers are made of  high-quality steel, internal quenched and temperred, surface grinded, hard chromed and well balanced, imroves the running condition.
e, Anvil cover imported from US, CUE brand, quick and easy installation or replacement, cutting smoothly and capabile of more than 16 million times operation, according to the current statistics Maximum goes nearly 20 million times.
f, The anvil is equipped with hydraulic axial moving device, with distance of 40mm, the movement speed is smooth and appropriate, avoid damaging the anvil cover and when it's moving, its speed synchronously with the speed of  the rollers.
g, Equipped with anvil cover repairing unit, 4-5 times repaires, profitable and improves the product quality.
h, Speed compensation system, automatic adjusts the linear speed of the rollers,.
i, Die cutting phase can be adjusted by servo system, through touch screen, simple and convenient.
